At Demascare, every piece is made to order, crafted specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our production, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Each order is custom-made to ensure the highest quality and exclusivity for our customers. This made-to-order process means items are produced individually and are not held in stock, which allows us to reduce waste and maintain sustainability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in quality control, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@demascare.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

  • Sale items or gift cards
