How do I place an order on this website?
Browse our collections under the "SHOP" tab, select your desired item, add it to your cart, and voilá! You may proceed to checkout with a safe and secure payment.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save preferences, and receive exclusive updates.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
Once your order goes into production we are unable to alter or cancel it since it is made especially for you.
This ensures we can uphold the integrity, timing, and precision of our craftsmanship.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed to the email you provided. Check your spam just in case.
